Das Zimmer ist nach hinten raus und ruhig. Küche, Waschmaschine etc. und Wohnzimmer können mitbenutzt werden.
Gemütlicher Sonnenbalkon (seitl. Meerblick) sowie große Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung.
Das Zimmer ist ideal wenn du hier einen Job beginnst, Praktikum machst oder von hier aus eine eigene Wohnung suchst. (ANGEBOT NUR F. EINE PERSON, also keine Paare möglich).

Looking for a long term room but flexible if you wish to leave? You can stay one months or 12 months - or any other monthly period. (so very flexible e.g. for probationary period or more intensive housing search).
The room is simple, quiet, completely renovated with elegant bathroom (shared). It is quiet and with nobody able to look in. Big kitchen, washing machine and living room can be shared. Cozy sun balcony (partly sea view) and large roof terrace for sunbathing available. Free parking in street.
The room is ideal if you start a job here, doing an internship/traineeship or looking for a home from here. (OFFER ONLY FOR ONE PERSON, so no couples possible). It is located in upmarket residential area of Molinar with trendy coffeeshops and closed to the coastline.
To the airport by car you need about 11 mins. / taxi costs about 16 €.
